Why Alentejo

High sun, low humidity, export-ready logistics.

Mértola enjoys up to 3,100 hours of sunshine per year, among the highest in Europe — longer growing periods, higher yields, richer cannabinoid and terpene profiles. The region's low humidity reduces disease and contamination pressure and lowers crop-loss rates.

With good transport links — and the Port of Sines, Lisbon and Faro all in close proximity — the estate is perfectly placed to take advantage of the European export market.
