04 · Built in One Season

Weeks, not months.
Revenue from year one.

The strength of the Mértola project is the speed at which it can be implemented — the full 50 hectares constructed and brought into production within a single 2027 season, through non-permanent, container-style processing.

The entire 50 hectares are prepared, planted and harvested. Container processing and extraction facilities installed. Complete Full-Spectrum oil production achieved in the first season.
2027+
Maturity
Operation runs at full run-rate — the 'super-cash generation' phase, which is sustained and lightly indexed (2% p.a.) thereafter.
Container-based processing

Modular, non-permanent, ready in weeks.

Speed

Containers can be installed within weeks rather than the 12–14 months a permanent structure would take — the key enabler of the single-season timeline.

Cost

Container-based processing materially lowers capital outlay compared with fixed structures.

Flexibility

Modular capacity can be phased and scaled in line with the licensed cultivation footprint, and relocated with relative ease.
